If the product you received wasn’t what you were expecting and you want to return or exchange the item, we want to let you know some details about our return policy:

NOTE: The low compression collection is on sale and its a final sale. its not available for exchange or return and you can not combine a diferent discount with it (your order can be cancel).

  1. The Items must be in their original packaging with all the tags attached, they must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect conditions to apply for a return/exchange.
  2. If you wore your shapewear for more than 1 hour then you will NOT be able to return it, because our shapewear contours to your own figure and then it will not be resell able.
  3. Any bodily fluid or damage from pencil marks, stretch lines, makeup, nail polish, cuts, modifications, deodorant marks, cream/oil/lotion marks, animal or pet hair and smells will NOT make it acceptable for a return.
  4. If you believe that you received a defective item you are ELIGIBLE for return.
  5. Products must be returned within 10 DAYS of receiving.
  6. Special orders are non-refundable.
  7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  8. 15% will be reduced from your refund for the return label and restocking fee.

We accept returns for a refund on unused and undamaged item according to our return policy.

Please NOTE: that your return is on pending acceptance through this system we will confirm if your return is accepted or declined once we received the product and inspect the condition. If the product doesn’t meet our return standards/condition we will not accept the return. If we do not accept your return, we will not refund you as the item will no longer be resell able.

Exchanges

If you bought the wrong size and you want to change it for another size we’re happy to let you know that you have 30 days to exchange and the FIRST EXCHANGE is free of charge and to return the item you must read our return policy to be eligible.  

If you already exchanged your item and you still want to change it for a different size, the second exchange will be the last change and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
