Tips to get the right size and style 

  • First please use measuring tape for accurate sizing. Choose the measurement that goes with the larger size if you are in between sizes. You can contact us with any questions and we offer custom orders.
  • FLAT BELLY: If your main goal is to have a small waist and flat belly, choose one of our Bodysuits including with Parisian bodysuit. Shorts are not the best choice for tummy control alone.  Low compression works as as well, but results are not as significant as high compression. This collection is good for all body types especially for apple/circle body type and reverse triangle.
  • CINCHED WAIST: If you want to reduce your waistline by up to 3 inches, then your best choice is a waist trainer or high compression bodysuit. The waist trainer is great for all body types except the apple/circle, if you have a large lower belly it is best to choose a bodysuit. 
  • SMOOTH HIPS: If you want to lengthen your hips and legs for a smoother look choose Hollywood or NYC styles of shorts or bodysuits. Perfect for pear/triangle or hour glass body types. 
  • CURVY Silhouette: If you want to increase your curves choose South Beach styles of shorts and bodysuits. This is great for rectangle, hourglass, and reverse triangle body types. 
  • If you have a small waist and bigger hips the best bodysuit options are: Latin Lover or South Beach-Endless Curves. This is great for hour glass, triangle/pear, and postpartum.
