The best way to do this is by making daily choices that will help you attain the healthiest version of yourself. I recommend a more plant based diet. You don't have to go completely vegan, but choosing the majority of you foods from plants sources and not processed foods including fake meat is the best decision. Of course have some beyond beef hamburgers or field roast hot dogs on occasion (way better than actual meat). But beans or lentils with veggies and rice or quinoa will provide a complete and adequate protein source. Throw in some veggies and you have an easy lunch or dinner that is high in antioxidants and fiber. You don't need a lot of protein for weight loss and actually excess protein is not good for your kidneys. It is important to stay hydrated as well 7-8 cups of water is a great start. You may notice you loose more weight on a low carbohydrate diet, but the majority of the initial weight loss is water weight. Your body stores 3-4 grams of water with every 1g of carbohydrate. This is not a bad thing if you are eating whole grains, because fiber helps you to lose weight. Excess sugar on the other hand is a poor choice. Also dramatically cutting your calories and stress causes increases in cortisol which increases bloating and fat storage around your belly. There is not actual benefit for an initiation stage of a diet that dramatically reduces carbohydrates and calories. This is a trick to make you feel like you are loosing so much weight, but in reality as I said it is mostly water weight and cortisol can cause the reverse effects. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer so I always tell me clients that exercise is important in loosing weight sustainably. This is due to the fact that exercise increases your muscle mass which burns more calories through out the day and exercise itself helps burn calories. Exercise contributes to about 20% of your weight lose while what you eat contributes to 80%. Weight training even light weights and body resistance is the most effective way to loose weight, because the gaining muscle will increase how many calories you burn and help shape your body. Cardio is mainly beneficial for your heart and HIIT is great because it usually involves cardio and resistance. So keep squatting and lunging for that lifted booty (this will take several months to achieve). In the mean time, our bodysuits and buttlifter shorts will give you the shape you desire with the comfort of cotton lining. Wearing my shorts under my outfits makes me feel sexy and fit. It doesn't mean I give up on working out. I recommend doing light weights/barre/sculpt at least 3 times a week for the best results, but I always tell my clients working out once a week is still better than skipping that workout. Muscle memory is about 7 days so that one time is actually meaningful and then you get back in the habit keeps you working towards your healthy life style. No one keeps a perfect diet or exercise plan no matter what they tell you on Instagram. Do your best and don't be hard on yourself. It is especially hard after having children to have time and energy to maintain the perfect lifestyle let alone all the changes that happen to your body. First and foremost measure use a measuring tape to measure your waist and hips. For your waist: measure at the smallest part. For your hips: measure at the widest part. Use our size chart and your measurements to choose the correct size, not necessarily the size you order in other brands . If you are not sure, contact us.
Circle shape: High back waist trainers or medium compression waist trainers will tone your midsection. Any of the bodysuits including medium compression will be great as well. The shorter versions of our bodysuits will give a curvier silhouette, while the longer versions will give an elongated look.
Triangle shape: The Parisian Bodysuit is a blend between a waist trainer and bodysuit will fit great to minimize your waist. Our Latin lover bodysuit has extra columns of hooks so you can have a tighter compression on your waist but still fit your hips nicely. Our Medium compression bodysuit will also fit well. The shorter look will create more curves and the longer legs will elongate your shape. You may need to size up on the Medium compression as there are no hooks so you have to step into it and pull it up over your hips. The NYC butt lifter shorts are also a nice choice to tone your waist and hips while still accentuating your beautiful curves. Our Hollywood shorts will also be a great choice to elongate your figure, but do not have a high waist. You can always use any of our waist trainers to contour your waist even more.
Inverted triangle shape: Any of the waist trainers will give you a contoured waist. Any of the bodysuits provides a great lift for your butt and the medium compression short bodysuit will be great for that as well. Our South Beach butt lifter shorts will also be a great choice. High waist will accentuate your waistline more. You can use any of the longer shorts for a more elongated look.
Rectangle shape:For this shape high compression waist trainers or bodysuits will provide the most curves. High waist South Beach shorts will also give the most lift to the hips and butt. The shorter the shorts the more curvier your body will look.
Hourglass shape: Any style will fit you well. If you want to accentuate your curves, shorter styles of the shorts or bodysuits will be perfect. If you want to elongate your curves our longer styles such as NYC is and Hollywood will be a better choice. If your waist is very tiny compared to your hips then our Latin lover bodysuit will be the best choice though we can custom make any length bodysuit for you.
Plus size: If your measurements do not fit into our size chart, please contact us we can custom make bodysuits or waist trainers to fit you perfectly.
Tall or Short: If your height is taller or shorter than average we can adjust the waist trainers and bodysuits to have more or less hooks. We have a shorter (2 rows shorter) waist trainer in stock that will be updated on our website soon.

Well now I was in a bit of a bind I was 3 months postpartum and I had my sister n' laws wedding to go to soon. At this point I had expected to lose more weight than I had and I couldn't fit into any dresses that I liked.
